On the 27th April 2021 the Welsh Ministers for Wales confirmed the order to modify the definitive map showing the rights-of-way around Panta Farm.  

The Planning Inspector had decided that the route shown from points A to E on the map below should be designated as a footpath rather than a restricted byway.  The Welsh Minsters for Wales has, however, confirmed that the entire route of 53-16 (from point A to point G) should be a restricted byway.
