The Hood Memorial Hall Committee, Devauden currently has a vacancy for a trustee. The deadline for applications is 6th November 2020.
The hall committee is tasked with holding and maintaining the hall and grounds for the use of the residents of Devauden and the surrounding areas. It also is required to meet the needs of the whole community by providing a range of opportunities including sports, arts, leisure and educational activities for all ages, as well as entertainment and other gatherings.
The role of trustee is varied and enables people to use their skills and experience to enhance the work undertaken by the Hall Committee for the benefit of the community. The position of Trustee does not attract any remuneration and trustees are expected to attend monthly committee meetings.
All members of the community are welcome to apply. The committee is committed to achieving a balanced composition of trustees that reflects the community of Devauden.

- the contribution you believe you could make to the role of the hall;
- the personal qualities that you would bring to the role;
- your availability for attending meetings.
