A range of affordable new homes to buy or rent that will soon be available in Devauden.

Several of the newly built houses at The Fallows development off Well Lane have been earmarked for affordable housing.  Applicants must register with Monmouthshire Homesearch to express an interest and priority will be given to those with a connection to the Devauden area. The properties are expected to be available in early 2023.
