Lost Property Policy

This policy has been written to advise users of the hall of the process in place should a piece of property be lost or found.

Property that has been Found

Any property found on the hall premises should be handed to a member of the hall committee.
The item will be placed in a box located in the Ferrard Room, where it will be held for 30 days.
A register of property found will be kept in the lost property box.
The committee member who has placed the item in the box is responsible for filling in the register and for notifying the Hall Secretary.
If after 30 days the item has not been reclaimed, it will be disposed of.

A receipt will be requested for property returned.
