Yoga classes are held in Devauden Village Hall on Monday evenings.

  • Yoga offers similar benefit to Pilates such as improving core strength, strengthen backs as well as stretching & flexibility for the whole body.
  • Yoga postures like Cat, Cobra, Bridge & Seated Twist are also used in Pilates to stretch and bring flexibility into the body. 
  • In Yoga the Relaxation at the end of a class is very important as it allows the body time to integrate the movements & to rest.
  • We work within our body’s capabilities & no yoga experience is necessary to join. Beginner’s are welcome.
